The QuickEasy Tracker provides a touch-screen interface for capturing live data from your factory floor. The information captured on the Tracker updates the QuickEasy Planning Board to provide a live view on the progress of all your jobs.

The touch-screen provides a rich interface with visual feedback for operators to quickly and accurately capture their production times. It also allows them to capture additional information such as the quantity completed or meter readings and includes the functionality for sending text messages to a designated cellphone number - ideal for large factories and night shifts.

The information captured on the Tracker can of course be extracted in QuickEasy Reports and grouped by cost centre, operator, customer or job category. Comparing your actual to estimated production times for example, ensures your estimates remain accurate and also highlights operator and cost centre inefficiencies.

As an alternative to live job tracking, QuickEasy allows you to capture manual timesheets. Timesheets are notorious for being inaccurate, however, and the labour used to capture the timesheets will prove to be expensive in comparison to the once-off outlay for touch-screen stations in your factory.
