Sales

Your management information system should have a strong focus on Sales - because without Sales your business will fail, no matter how sleek and sophisticated your estimating, production and accounting systems are.

QuickEasy MIS incorporates all the functionality required to perpetuate and manage your Sales processes. Following are some screenshots and examples of the Sales functionality in QuickEasy. Click the thumbnails below to enlarge:

Canvassing: Cold calling is one of the challenging tasks facing a Sales consultant - challenging because you are often faced with rejection. A negative response should not, however, scrap a company from your prospect list. In three months time circumstances might have changed which make them more receptive to doing business with you - QuickEasy will remind you to try again.

Contact History: QuickEasy provides the functionality for recording and measuring Sales activity. This ensures that the work done by Sales consultants does not leave your company when they do - instead it remains on your database for their successors to build on.

Customer Information: As an integrated system with powerful reporting, QuickEasy makes it easy to extract all a customer's information in preparation for a meeting, including their contact history, quotes received, orders received, production incidents, account status, etc.

Follow up: QuickEasy will prompt Sales consultants to follow up on quotes or to contact a customer. In addition, lost quotes can be flagged with the reason for losing them.

Product Knowledge: To be effective, Sales 'consultants' require a sound technical knowledge of the products they sell. The QuickEasy Knowledge Base provides a central repository where all your technical product specifications can be stored, readily available for training new staff or to be e-mailed to a customer when an enquiry is received.

Request for Quotation (RFQ): Standardised RFQs which include the customer's detail, can be printed or e-mailed from QuickEasy and used by both the Sales consultant and the customer to ensure that consistent and complete quote requests reach the estimators.

Sales Management: Sales consultants are generally expensive and their activity should therefore be closely monitored. QuickEasy Reports enables you to measure the activity and efficiency of individual Sales consultants as well as that of your Sales department in general.
