QuickEasy MIS is flexible as far as Accounting is concerned. Your options include the following:
- If you prefer to continue using your existing accounting software, you can do your invoicing in QuickEasy and export the invoices to your accounting package.
- You could do all your Debtor and Creditor transactions in QuickEasy and update your external accounting software with monthly journal entries.
- You could use the full QuickEasy Accounting.
Debtors & Creditors
The Customer Invoice closes the Sales Order and thus forms an important part of the Customer Workflow. QuickEasy allows for part invoicing of Sales Orders and tracks the outstanding amounts and quantities on the Sales Order.
The Supplier Invoice module provides the functionality to ensure that Invoices are matched to Purchase Orders and are not duplicated. To capture a Supplier Invoice, you simply lookup the Purchase Order and then add the Supplier Invoice number and date. Supplier Invoices need to be approved before they are posted to the Ledger.
The Debtor and Creditor transactions are based on a simple allocation system where payments, credits and discounts are allocated to their respective invoices. This allows you to easily track outstanding invoices and enables you to view the allocation detail of any transaction. Data capturing mistakes can easily be corrected by authorised users, without having to create unnecessary journal entries.

Age Analysis
Because QuickEasy MIS is an integrated system, the Age Analysis combines your work-in-progress with the outstanding invoices and warns you when a customer's credit limit is exceeded. ie. A standalone accounting package will show that Customer ABC with a R100,000 credit limit, has an outstanding balance of only R50,000 but it will fail to warn you of the say R48,000 that is still in the factory, effectively placing Customer ABC on his credit limit.
The QuickEasy Age Analysis is live and interactive! It can be sorted, grouped and filtered to show only the accounts for a specific Customer Category, show only the overdue accounts or longest outstanding accounts, etc. In addition, Reminders can be set to remind you when a Customer's payment is due or needs to be followed up. The Reminders also create a useful contact history, recording all the excuses and commitments your Customers proffer when you call them for payment.
Statements can be previewed, printed or e-mailed - individually or in bulk. This means you can now e-mail your monthly account statements in the few seconds it takes to open the Print Menu, check 'E-mail all records' and click the 'E-mail' button.

General Ledger
The architecture of the General Ledger caters for any type of transaction you may require. Preset Entry Types eliminate human error by leaving only one parameter to be completed and Recurring Transactions like Telephone, Rent and Salaries are quickly added from a lookup list of previous transactions.
Simple and secure, QuickEasy Accounting offers all the functionality that a small to medium size business requires.
