One of the principle reasons for using an integrated Management Information System is the creative way in which information can be extracted from the accumulated data to measure trends and to guide you in the management of your company.
QuickEasy Reports is an integrated report writer which comes pre-loaded with numerous standard reports relating to Customers, Sales, Quotations, Work-in-Progress, Purchasing, Production, Inventory, Accounting and more.
If our standard Reports don't meet your requirements, we are easily able to create a customised report for you. Users familiar with SQL (Structured Query Language - the language of databases), are able to create and customise their own reports - there is no limit to the number of reports you can create in QuickEasy.
In addition to fields that display values from your database, 'Calculated' fields can be added to Reports. Calculated fields display the result of a calculation on other fields in the Report - much the same way as a spreadsheet works.
For a more visual display, QuickEasy Reports can be viewed as an interactive, customisable Chart which in turn can be viewed as a Column, Bar, Line, Area or Pie diagram.
User settings enable you to control which Reports may be accessed by individual users. In addition, you can add a parameter to Reports to filter out the records linked to other users. For example, Sales Reps could be restricted to viewing their own Customers.
To open a Report, you simply select it from the Reports dropdown box, set the date and other parameters (if required) and click 'View'. The Date Scroll buttons can be used to scroll the report by day, week, month or year depending on the initial period selected.

Reports are displayed in a Data Grid that allows further Customising, Sorting, Grouping, Filtering and Searching. A very useful feature is the ability for Date fields to be grouped not only by exact dates, but also by Month, Year or Relatively.
Numerical fields can be totalled in Footer Summaries. When multiple records are selected, the Footer Summaries only reflect the total of the selected records. Negative values are highlighted in red.
Reports can be printed or e-mailed exactly as they are displayed on screen or using a template to further customise the layout. QuickEasy Reports can also be exported to Excel, HTML or to a Text file.
